A delicate operation like this requires careful consideration, planning and above all else, prudent execution. They'll need cover stories, constant awareness of their surroundings, and to avoid rousing suspicion.
So whatever, let's go to church, hire a flour barge and lose a couple rounds of cards.
Rhylind makes some noise. Abella goes red. Skairn and Nezor roleplay. Charlie cleans house.

Abella's past comes back to haunt her as the party prepare to go on a spending splurge. With a certain magical supply shop now a known quantity can Skairn fix his malfunctioning magic? Given the proprietor's propensity for less-than-quality items? No. Probably not.
Abella attempts murder. Rhylind has a bath. Nezor gets his greasepaint on. Skairn shows his wealth. Charlie joins a cult.

As a follow up special to the release of Episode 20, and to celebrate the launch of our Patreon (https://www.patreon.com/therebedragons) we thought we'd answer some fan questions about the podcast!
We get into the nitty-gritty about how we make characters, what it takes to make a podcast, and the circumstances surrounding the untimely passing of one Clarence Longbottom.
Special thanks to Alanna, Angelos and Josie for the questions!
You can send your questions through to: therebedragonspodcast@gmail.com for the next episode!

Separated from their (other) scaly friend - Abella, Charlie, Skairn, Hrosh and Nezor are brought to the headquarters of the Red Shield mercenaries and prepare for an awkward evening with the local despot. After meeting the batman, divesting themselves of a terrapin, meeting a mysterious little girl- the party settle in for some scooby doo bullshit in the run up to dinner.
But… where’s Rhylind?
Skairn sees a bit more of the army than he wanted. Charlie interrupts a crime and makes a reference. Abella snoops and sneaks. Nezor gets funky.

Fresh from a roadside murder and a trek through possibly the worst swamp in the world, Charlie and Skairn have words before arriving at the small city of Rattou. Perched at the distributary of the rivers Orr and Dis, Rattou has a reputation as a party town of ill repute, tensions rise however as they realise that the city is occupied. Erhart-loyal mercenaries man the walls and patrol the streets, but with no place else to go, they try to keep as low a profile as possible and not cause any trouble. Let's see how that turns out for them.
Skairn tries to argue his position. Abella adopts a grandmother. Nezor acts as support. Charlie professes his long standing love. Rhylind tries her hand at sign language.

After a particularly dangerous tete-a-tete with extremely mixed signals goes about as bad as it can, the party… are surprisingly restrained in some ways- and not in others. Dice rolls are awful throughout.
Abella gets tangled up. Nezor gets Hrosh. Charlie plays peacemaker. Skairn gets a diagnosis. Rhylind refuses to pull rank.
